Hi everyone!

Before my Lio8/4p I was using the TC Konnekt 48. A decent interface but it has something that no other interface has! An amazing ethernet remote control, featuring volume, dim, talkback, A-B-C monitor source, I could control multiple headphone mixes, you name it! Needles to say I'm still using TC for most of the above!

I upgraded to the Metric Halo because is one of the best (if not the best) but i have a concern. I would love to have something like the TC remote. I know there are a lot of options out there, but if you can't afford a Dangerous or a Grace Design controller you are left with some pretty cheap options, which all of them require to pass the monitor signal through their cheap circuits, and bulking up my desk with cables.

So I was thinking, since I'm not aware of any market research requiring something like the TC Remote from major interface companies like MH, what would you think if MH developed an app for iOS or android tablets, featuring MIO console's Monitor Control?
After that imagine the possibilities! It could later include a Talkback feature, maybe some presets for different recording scenarios.
And also later maybe a hardware version? Razz

Am I looking too much in to this, or am I the only one that thinks that this could be a useful product?

Either would i appreciate MH to develop an app for iPad !
I'm also looking for a controller, i've seen the Neyrinck app, but it seems to me quite expensive.
Many manufacturers make their own free app, i'm surprised MH don't !... Sad

+1

I have tried using MIO along with EuCon interfaces. But unfortunately I get crashes when using Eucon
