Hello,

does anybody get any answer when reportings bugs or requesting feature via the MIOConsole3D App?

I don't have any hint if a report even has been sent and recieved succesfully.

We generally only reply to bug reports or feature requests if we need more information, or if we know the problem has been solved in a newer version of the software.

I personally find this type of communication very unsatisfactory. Nowadays, I would consider it a matter of course to at least acknowledge receipt of a request.

And I would like to add the question:
What is the bug report feature in the MIOConsole3d app for if it does not open a support ticket?

I am sorry that you find it unsatisfactory; it's different teams and different systems.

Feel free to follow up the bug report with a support request.
