"Not enough memory available on remote host"

When trying to load some plugs / macros I keep getting the error message above! It's not a big mix configuration so it's a little bit strange to me! Whats wrong? (computer: mac pro 2008 with 8Gb memory)

I'm a total newbie on this MIO software and my 2882 interface, Embarrassed and it's a lot to learn, but lots of fun to! Smile

Are you using delays or several reverbs?

There are several factors that influence memory usage; your best bet is to contact support so that they can work with you.

How many halo verbs am I supposed to be able to load in a very small mixer config? (I probably won't be using more than one for cue mixing/sweetening. I'm asking just to learn about the system and its possibilities, and if my system is working as it should)

And what memory is it short of, internal in the interface or in my mac pro? (guess its the 2882 internal memory)

The maximum number of HaloVerbs on my 2882 2d +DSP is 2. This is unfortunate because 3 would allow me to completely outsource reverbs from my DAW (I build 3 rooms I call front, mid and back and send stuff to them...).

Ok, super! My system seems to work just fine then!

I'm really excited and pleased with sound quality from both hardware and software. The plugs sounds more than great, at least to my ears, and I was especially pleased with the amp macros. I have used and tried most of the native guitar amp stuff, and none is close in my opinion. It's even possible to use my pedals in front of it, with remarkable results! Coming from Fireface 800 I feel this is definite step up. Great stuff! Smile
