Resently transfered my set-up to a new MBPretina with Mountain Lion, and have this small issue by now;
The Mio monitor window is setup to float on top always and this worked like a charm in my former setup.
In fact it still does, but I am working on a nice avid artist controler with a monitor controleroom volume pot, that very cool uses EUCON to read and controle the MIO volume controler. Nice not to have to reach over to do it on my ULN 8.
This Artist controller uses a workstation application switch method to focus the controler to the Eucon aware application, Logic in my setup. Beautiful integration of EUCON.
But in my new setup this function is broken, If the focus is on MIO, it is working flawless, as soon as the focus is switched to logic it doesn't work, although the monitor window stays on top.
Does anyone recognize this behavior ?
I am not sure which app is causing this, is it mountain Lion is it EUCON or is it the MIO software.
It is a minor bugger I know, but nevertheless a bugger 
Setup:
MBBPretina with mountain lion 10,8,1 over thunderboltcabel to;
Logic 9,1,7 64 bit
Avid Artist Control, mix and transport with the latest firmware
2 ULN 8's with the latest 2d dsp card and MIO
By so far it is working like charm, no sound issues yet as read on this forum.
