Hi
I updated to the latest driver 5.4d219 on my mac pro running os 10.6.8
Core audio keeps on crashing and jamming up the console with messages like this:
12/3/12 2:33:42 AM com.apple.launchd[1] (com.apple.audio.coreaudiod[329]) Job appears to have crashed: Segmentation fault
12/3/12 2:33:42 AM com.apple.launchd[1] (com.apple.audio.coreaudiod) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds
12/3/12 2:33:42 AM com.apple.ReportCrash.Root[330] 2012-12-03 02:33:42.112 ReportCrash[330:2703] Saved crash report for coreaudiod[329] version ??? (???) to /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/coreaudiod_2012-12-03-023342 _localhost.crash

I reinstalled the old d217 and now everything is back to normal.
Am I correct in understanding that the latest driver was meant for use with a 10.6.8 system?
