My monitor control in combination with the Mio mixer acts weird as of lately;
I do have assigned the multi outs to 1 & 2 in combination with the cans L & R ( dotted )
My Monitor Control always floats over logic 9 and so, if I want a quick listen on headphones, I switch the output to cans.
So far nothing strange of course, this is how it works and always did work.
But this week the behavior changed; when I switch to cans, there is no sound ( signal ) in my headphone.
Took me a while to discover how to get sound though..
To get sound in my headphone, I have to open the Mio Mixer window and in the mix bus I need to change whatever state it shows at the moment.
So if it says cans, I choose Multi instead, and suddenly it is back in my phones or visa versa.
If I go back in the monitor control to output monitors sound disappears again, I than have to go back to my Mio Mixer to change the state there.
It doesn't matter what was visual in the mix bus at that moment, so it can be crossed either way.
If I output from cans back to monitors, it doesn't mean I also have to change from multi to cans in the mix bus, if the mix bus shows cans at that moment I change to multi and there the signal appears in the monitors.
resuming; Monitor control: output- monitors > cans = mix bus state switch to multi or cans ( no matter what was visual at that moment )
I did reset whatever I can think of, ULN 8's resets, new template, total blank state startup etc, I don't get it, but it is annoying.
System is OSX 10.8.2 with all the latest updates and Mio Console 5.5.01.208
