Working in Logic (X), I tend to be straight lined in my set up.
Channel 1 in Logic goes to DAW 1 in the Mio mixer. And summing is done in the Mio console.

As soon as I change the output from a logic channel to a Mio channel, the pan pot disappears, logically.
So panning is done in the Mio console. So far nothing strange I think.

But now I have a project of doing a few channels of panning automation.
Of course I can go for using Logic internally and put the stereo out to the Mio console, but I hate to lose the ability of DSP power per channel.

So the question is, How do you guys handle this ?

I got quiet the same problem here. I found this tutorial for Logic 8:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7auLelSvek
But as soon as i write some automation Logic becomes very slow and almost can't playback the audio.

But what do you mean by Mio channel? Are you refering to the other daw channels? Or is that something new. I dont have any so called mio channels in the dropdown output menues of logic
