Hi All - is there a simple way to replicate the current mixer console with my first ULN-2 onto the second ULN-2 that I've just bought?

I have blown the firewire chip on unit one, and am waiting for the new 3D card rather than repairing the box. In the meantime I've just bought a brand new ULN-2 and having plugged it in would like it to access the entire mixer I had already created for the first unit, rather than go to the trouble of having too re-create alley busses, and settings etc.

Any advice please? I cannot see a copy function, or at least not one that is not greyed-out.

Hi Simon,

You'll need to make sure that when the original ULN-2 configuration is saved from the File menu, that the new box has not yet been connected to the system and that any reference to the new box is not present in MIO Console.

You will then want make sure that any reference in MIO Console to the original ULN-2 has been eliminated before you recall the previously saved session on a new box that you connect.

You should see a tab for your older box that says "Offline". To remove it, click on any tab and choose "Forget All Offline Boxes and Delete From Mixer". When the new unit is connected, you should only have its serial number showing up in MIO Console. From here, you can open a previously saved one-box file, and it should now map onto the new box.
