I'm trying to match my 2882 with my old Tascam M-216 mixer.

I'm a little confused about all the standards. For example, if I send a constant 0dbFS signal from my DAW to let's say output 1 from the 2882 and in the console, the output is set to +4 / +24dbu, does that mean that the 0 dbFS is now +4dbu or +24dbu?

Thank you

If I remember correctly, we have things set so that nominal calibration is for +4 dBu = -18 dBFS, so 0 dBFS would be +22 dBu.

But that is going from memory -- I have not looked at the 2882 calibration in a very long time...

thank you bj, but since the MIO Console actually says +24/4db, wouldn't then be the whole calibration off?

Is there maybe a easy way to measure the output (never done that before)?
