If you have a Legacy box, the front panel dome tag will not say "2d Expanded" underneath the Metric Halo logo on the front panel.

Download this version of MIO Console if running a Legacy box: http://www.mhsecure.com/mio/MIOConsole_v.5.6.12.224.zip

Launch MIO Console, open Preferences and check "Enable Legacy Box Support". Then relaunch MIO Console. This should allow you to see the Legacy Mixer and Routing panes (the Mixer window requires a 2d Card to function).

If problems persists, please open a support ticket.
