I would like to use a simple midi HW Controller to control the headphone volume via MIO Cue Control .
I can set the global midi channel of a midi device under Preferences/ Controller Surface, but that's it , correct ?
I thought that I could use Midi CC to control certain MIO areas. MPC is supported so overall I guess it is implemented already but probably without the possibility to use certain cc for certain MIO elements. Can someone please tell me if I had overlooked something?
I am very happy about any kind of hint or tips/ workaround

The Cue controls are mouse only at this point (we don't even have key commands for them, because there are a dynamic number of cues).
While there is Mackie Control Support for MIOConsole, there is nothing for controlling the Cues in that support (for the same reason as the lack of key commands).
Attaching a MIDI CC to the cues is a good idea; there is a request for being able to do midi learn for attaching to elements of the system but nothing specifically for Cue Control; in any case, that is something that will be addressed in the future.
It would be great if you could use Help > New Feature Request... to file a feature request for both MIDI CC control over the Cue Controller(s) and also some sort of key assignment so that it could be assigned to something like a shuttle pro.
