OK, got a new one. Just tried this a few ways. I have my DAW outs set to 11 & 12 to send and return from my outboard gear in WaveLab and that works great. I tried to use my 11 & 12 outboard gear in Ableton Live as a master insert and I could not get audio to go out of "host 11-12" (usually out and in on 11&12) double checked it was core audio and the right interface etc. I then tried to use my summing mixer to verify sending audio out of the analog outs was working properly. Here is where my setup gets confusing... My main outputs are AES 1-2 AKA 9&10 so when using my analog summing mixer I use Tascam connectors and it goes from the ULN-8 right to the summing mixer. When I tried to send audio out of 3-4 & 5-6 & 7-8 it worked when sending out of 9-10 that I have setup to go out the analog outs 1-2 the signal did not show up in the summing mixer. So I noticed two things that seemed weird. I am thinking this is a bug..

You should probably open a support ticket for help with this as it's kinda hard to follow everything about your configuration. At the very least, please post the .cnsl3d file. But also open a support ticket:
