Hello everyone.

I am coming to you because I have a doubt about my ULN-2.

For some time now the gain of channel02 has not exceeded -24dB, even when the potard is pushed to the maximum (see the photo channel02).

While the gain of channel01 works perfectly, I pushed it to the maximum to show you the difference (photo channel01).

When I record on channel02 it works but I have to boost the gain, via the music software. No breath but very low gain.

In your opinion, is the channel02 preamp dead? or is it due to something else (power supply not plugged in for example)?

That doesn't sound right, but its hard to tell. It would probably be best to open a support ticket so our support team can troubleshoot with you:

That said, make sure you don't have the trim turned on and down for Channel 2; also make sure that you have the Mic Pre path selected for Channel 2
