New MIOConsole not working [message #88374]

I just installed the new console, driver, firmware (even though there was nothing shown that told me that the firmware was actually installed) on my 2014 macbook pro with OSX 10.14.6.
The hardware is now not recognized by the console anymore.
Anyone else has this problem?

I already did that. disconnected the cable, closed the console, shutdown the hardware and then everything on again. also tried mac restart. nothing..

Did you try to connect via USB and via Ethernet?

yes, both ethernet and usb are not working.
And I cant roll back to the previous version somehow. This is messy...
I'm going to open a support ticket now.
