Hello,
I noticed a bug that happens since the last upgrade (MIOConsole 6.1.02 and MHlink Driver 3.0.18) and wasn't present before.
In my configuration I use an Aggregate Device, that uses only "MHLink[45707]", to remap the channel output of some applications. In my case it's Airfoil Satellite that uses that aggregated device, and it routes its output to 19/20 of MIO.
Anyway before the upgrade, everything was working immediately when the computer was booting (see first screenshot).
Now when the computer boots, the "MHLink[45707]" is grayed out, and the aggregate device doesn't work. (second screenshot)
I have to unchek and recheck the box, and it immediately works again.
Could you correct that bug, please ?
Thanks,
Matthieu

HI Matthieu,
I tried to reproduce this problem here and was unable to.
If I create an aggregate, and add the MHLink device as a member of the aggregate, the either:
(1) disconnect the device, and then reconnect it, or
(2) shutdown the computer and then restart it with the device connected
when I check the aggregate device, the MHLink device is Enabled, not greyed out, and all the channels are visible.
If I turn off the MIO, then the aggregate device looks like your "not working" screenshot.
I tested this on macOS 12.6 (Monterey).
Maybe you should try deleting the existing aggregate device and creating a new one.
In any case, I don't think this is an MH bug; it might be a macOS bug.
What version of macOS are you running?

Hi,
The 11.7.1 update doesn't solve the problem.
As I don't want to upgrade to Monterey (I don't have much time to solve the other problems that may happen, even with other applications...), I made an Apple Script to automatically uncheck and recheck "MHLink[45707]" in the aggregate device when macOS starts. So with this workaround everything's fine.
Thanks for your help bj.
