Tech note 11 - still relevant for Pro Tools 10? [message #85378]

We are looking to buy a single ULN8 for use with Pro Tools 10. I'm wondering if the "important note about Pro Tools 9" in the tech note #11 applied to Pro Tools 10? Or has there been a fix?
