I upgraded to Mavericks and the new version of MIO Console is confusing me. The routing window, which is the only thing I had even a slender grasp on, has vanished!
I have a synthesizer (mono) plugged into Analog 5. I can see the level just fine on the front panel of the 2882 and I can see it in Logic Pro X's channel strip. However, I cannot hear it at all, unless I press stop in Logic, at which point I hear it for a fraction of a second.
I am using the "2882 Factory Default" template.
Can someone tell me how to configure things on both the 2882 and Logic sides so I can hear the audio? Ideally I'd like to hear it after it has passed through the Logic engine so I can hear it with effects applied.
Also, it would be nice to know how to set it up so I can hear it when Logic isn't running at all, just in case I feel like noodling around without having to launch Logic and set up recording.
Finally, I used to be able to send the entire output of the 2882 through its ADAT output to another audio interface on the other side of the studio, that appears to have disappeared now as well. I would like to get that back!
Thanks for any help you can offer.
