1. As with on your other thread, I can't guess why you are unable to access pre 9 and 10 without seeing your configuration. Please file a bug report from the help menu so we can look at your files.
2. What sample rate are you running at? Also you are using significant processing in your MC config.
3. I'm not sure I understand what you are describing here; perhaps you can work through this with the support team on a call.
4. Please file bugs/feature requests if you feel the product is not meeting your needs. We will try to address them.
- what specific GUI glitches?
- the pan issues are for the surround Panner?
- There is pre/post on sends; it currently controlled per bus (not per send) and accessed from the Mixer Config Window
- sends can follow main pan and gain; it currently controlled per bus (not per send) and accessed from the Mixer Config Window
- There is per send mute; there are two ways to access it:
- command-option click the send fader in the mixer to toggle the mute
- put the aux bus on the main faders by clicking on the name of the aux in the left-hand legend; then the send fader, mute, solo and pan will be put onto the main surface
- click the name of the aux again to return to the main mix
- the busses are routed to via the sends or bus assign
-input strip assign: there is a preference for this (Mixer > Route New Strips to Host)
- If you want to have random assign access, use the direct outs
- If you want to bulk assign, probably easiest to clear the To Host, arrange the strips in the order you want the host channels, then select all the strips and assign to host
+DSP/metering request - these would be be good feature requests
Matrix - it is hard to use a matrix to describe the mixer at best it would be incomplete and potentially misleading; but that said it may be reasonable to add matrixes for input and output routing
