I have submitted this numerous times using the bug report feature but never get any response.
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019)
macOS Monterey version 12.1
MIO Console v.pb12-50
MHLink driver 2.1.02
firmware v.6.0.168
connection is ULN-2 (3d) ----> ethernet cable ---> ethernet/Thunderbolt 2 adapter ---> Thunderbolt 2/3 adapter ---> Mac
My ULN-2 starts up fine and talks to MIO Console fine. But every single day, once the computer has been idle for a while and goes to sleep, when I wake it back up the inputs on the MIO console have turned yellow indicating it has lost connection to the hardware ULN-2. I then have to physically unplug the ULN-2 power cable (which is a huge pain) to power cycle it in order to get MIO Console to recognize it and communicate again. Usually that works, though occasionally I'll have to fully restart the Mac (and power cycle the ULN-2) to reestablish the connection.
Is there any solution for this?
Anyone else have this experience?
This has been happening for years, so not limited to above software versions.
