Hardware Order Form

Orders placed with Metric Halo will be shipped to you directly from the United States. If you are outside the USA or Canada, you may contact your local Metric Halo distributor to get VAT-inclusive pricing in your local currency with local shipping.

New mkIV units and 3d Card Upgrades are currently back-ordered. We are accepting non-refundable deposits for deliveries from the next production run at this time.

Back-ordered items ordered now will be delivered in the first half of 2023. We are working to expedite delivery ASAP. Backorders will be fulfilled in the order we receive them with deposit.

Due to the nature of the current supply chain situation, deposits are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please only place a deposit if you are commited to purchasing the item(s) you are ordering.

When we have a committed ship date for your order, we will send you an invoice for the balance due, at which time you can confirm final shipping details and complete payment.

MIO Console 3d software is for macOS only.
Firmware supports built in UAC2 drivers on Win10, Linux and iOS (but no MIO Console 3d support on those platforms yet).
Introductory orders placed today are backordered (see above).
Deposits are charged upon acceptance of order.
