TERMS & CONDITIONS
Software is non-refundable after 10 days or registration, whichever occurs first. Use of Metric Halo software is governed by the Metric Halo End-User Software License agreement which must be accepted to install the software.
By using the software you agree to the terms of the software license agreement.
Software licensed with iLok may be returned with a refund after it has been redeemed or activated with a $10 restocking fee to cover the associated iLok costs. Please see below for additional refund costs associated with purchases made with American Express cards.
All physical goods are shipped using your selected shipping method. Shipments are F.O.B.

Hardware has a 30 day money back (less shipping charges) return privilege provided that:
- All accessories and printed material are returned in original condition.
- Hardware unit is returned in its original unblemished condition.
- You use a payment method other than American Express (see below for details).
Due to our credit card processor's policies, all orders purchased with American Express cards are subject to
a 5% restocking fee if they are cancelled or returned for any reason. Other payment methods are not subject to
this restocking fee, so please either verify that the product suits your needs by using a demo or some other
method of evaluation, or if you are not sure that the product will suit your needs, use a different payment method
to avoid being subject to this restocking fee.
Once your Custom Shop order has been confirmed, it is non-cancelable and non-returnable/refundable.
