Possible? Yes.
Advisable? It won't hurt anything, but you'd be better off using a proper line level output.

Your monitors will be driven by an unbalanced signal, so be prepared to gain stage accordingly. Your monitors will also be more susceptible to picking up noise from the unbalanced connection.
