Hey everyone,
I've had a ULN-2 for a few years now and have intermittently experienced this problem over the last 2 years or so, but it was always something that would go away once I powered down the unit and turned it back on. It would happen pretty infrequently so I didn't think much of it. But in the last week, this has stopped fixing the issue, and now I'm here. My unit is permanently stuck in this state:

Basically, my ULN-2 has entered an almost coma like state. The picture above will show what it looks like. One moment it will be completely fine and then it flips to what the picture looks like. It will still receive input signal, but it will not transmit output signal (from my computer). Every button/light and both input/output meters on the unit are permanently in this frozen half-lit state. Like I said, my DAW will still receive the input signal, I just can't see levels on the meters (along with my presets etc). I honestly don't know what's going on. Is this a power issue? The power cable/adaptor is what came with the unit when I purchased it (from MH about 4 years ago). I've tried moving the cable, bus-powering, plugging it into different power outlets/sources, etc. Nothing has worked. The firmware is up to date. I'm using a 2010 iMac running Sierra. I tested this issue out with my Macbook (also Sierra), same issue. I don't think this has anything to do with the OS version since I experienced this before on earlier OS's.
I'm kind of at a loss here other than calling MH or potentially having to send it in. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I've yet to find anyone online experiencing a similar problem. Anyone out there?
Thanks!
