Hey, guys.
I'm trying to purchase the $99 3D upgrade for my ULN8, but I keep getting this message that says, "Unable to Verify Eligibility. Please verify that you have entered enough valid, eligible, registered serial numbers to match the number of $99 upgrades you have ordered".
I'm only trying to buy one $99 3D upgrade for my ULN8. Nothing else.
I know I qualify because I purchased the ULN8 from Alto Music on or around March 24th, 2016. I also made sure to register my ULN8 within MIO and I got the confirmation email that it was registered, but I keep getting that same message when I try to buy.
I've tried typing in the serial number as it's listed on the back of the ULN8 which includes "(25)" just before the 5 digit number that contains two zeros. (25)00XXX
I've also tried typing it in the way it appears in MIO under Box Info which just shows 00XXX. Neither work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated since I'm down to the wire with the June 1st deadline!

Hi Cflat96,
I'm just curious. How much did you get your uln8 then? Way back 2016.
What you're sharing is making me reconsider buying a used unit.
