Hi there
Is there any benefit to use a usb-c/usb-c cable over an usb-c/usb cable ? (with a MBP 16)
Right now I'm using ethernet, but I wonder if the latency would be lower with a direct usbc ?
Thank you

I am pleased to announce that I am using an M1 MBP running 11.1 Big Sur and I completed the 3D update to my 2882. I downloaded the new MIO Console, and hooked it up through a Caldigit TS3+ using the USBc to a cable that came with the upgrade. The MIO Console had a "missing files" message in the upper left, and did not recognize the 2882. I thought it might be because I did not have the MH Link extension installed. I searched all over the metric halo website but could not find it. Then I used a USBc cable I had to hook the 2882 straight to the computer. BANG everything started working! I loaded DSP effects into channels and they worked as well. I am very impressed with Metric Halo and am proud to be a dealer for them in the great state of Tennessee!
