Hi all,
Just wondered what other people's experience of MH (UK) repair has been, because mine has ... and continues to be ... shocking.
ULN2 sent off in August 2013. Since then:
I've not had a single email from either the UK firm (SCV) or MH that I haven't instigated myself
There was no confirmation of them receiving the unit
No contact telling me what was happening
After I finally got a response to my inquiries telling me it was going to MH (USA) for motherboard repair I still don't have a written confirmation of how much the repair will cost (which I asked them to supply) so I can't even remember the cost of the repair I authorised.
It's since being sitting (as far as I know) in the states waiting for parts.
It is now January. I've lost track of the number of projects (including 4 BBC 60 minute documentaries) I've done without it.
I assume they have been selling these units in the meantime - so perhaps they should have taken some parts out of one of those instead of making me wait over 4 months.
I love the ethos of the company, and the tech support I received online was excellent, but this has just made me completely loose faith.
And if someone from MH is listening - please help me out here!

This is not the expectation or desire for our customers. Some parts supply issues did affect some repair turnarounds recently, and in this case compounded with the holiday period and recent relocation efforts over in the UK. We will reach out to all parties and ensure that a proper remedy has been reached.
Best regards,
