I've searched for this everywhere but can't seem to find the answer. Just got a ULN-8 and am a little confused on how to insert an outboard compressor and eq
on my final mix. Looks like I must send from the line/monitor outs but not sure where to return it to.

Return the processed signal to a line in.

If you want to insert the analog chain before some final digital processing, you can use the I/O insert in the mixer, and choose what analog output to send the mix to, and then which analog inputs to return the mix from.

I can't determine the exact amount of sample delay as it varies all the time after the system has been shut down,and it's different on 2 lio8 units that I have.
Is that normal behavior or one of two units is faulty?
