Hi,
Is this chain right for a good WC sync or do I need an external clock with 4 outs (Mytek) : ?

ULN8 (master) WC OUT -> LIO8 WC IN
LIO8 WC OUT -> 2882 WC IN
2882 WC OUT -> ULN2 WC IN

All the devices set to "WC" in the MIO sync option .

Is there a signal loss or do the OUT plugs perfectly become THROUGH plugs ?

It's fine. Each input is terminated and the WC is actively regenerated in each device.

Q: is this for 2d devices or 3d devices.

With 3d, you do not need to use WC between the MIOs.

answers still so fast and so clear !

Only my ULN8 is 3d , the 3 other cards are 2d in standalone mode with AES,ADAT and SPDIF connexions (edge card on the ULN8 - no FW on my Mac ) .
MHLINK perfectly working .
So I think I need the WC .
