Will my Metric Halo LIO-8 audio interface work on PC with firewire expansion card? [message #86945]

I recently got a Metric Halo LIO-8 from a friend who has a Mac, but i just built a custom PC. I figured i could connect the firewire cable for it into an expansion but i cant find anything online stating i could or couldnt.

No, you can't - Metric Halo Firewire Hardware is Mac only
