Hi, I'm trying to establish a workflow with PT12 and ULN-2 and 2882. There are tutorial videos, but I which is the best way to set this up on my Mac? I/O creations?
Just not sure which way is the best and if I need the MIO console at all?

So Pro Tools is set to Aggregate, the misconnectconsole is set up but there is no sound coming out of the ULN-2
The videos are old but the I/O one seems relevant though it did no good. The other one is for PT 9 ... which isn't relevant.
Any preferences for how you use Pro tools with this hardware?

So it seems that it all needs to be done manually. I was just seeing if any apps etc. to automate the linking process had been developed.

My Macbook Pro only has USB and Thunderbolt ports. From what I've read, the new 3D architecture connects via Ethernet only. Is using an adapter possible and is there any loss of bandwidth (e.g. adapting a FW800 into FW400 port)?
