Title says it all - I have an out-of-warranty ULN-2 that I need to get looked at. Any suggestions?

I have a ULN-2 I don't use anymore. It has the problem where there is some noise on boot-up (like the valves are warming up!) but goes away after a while. Any existing ULN-2 user is welcome to it for free, if you can collect (Manchester UK) or pay shipping. It includes a brand new PSU.
