i just got an unepxected surprise after replacing a 2882 with a LIO-8 in my studio. Everything remained the same, only the audio interface I switched. The PSI 21 monitors connected to the audio interface play at a much lower volume level after the change from 2882 to LIO 8. With the 2882 / 0 DB on the monitor controller and -10 DB in the mixer channel were very loud and basically too loud (sorry for not usinge the correct professional terms here , because I am not a Mixing engineer , but a musician with just basic mixing skills) With the LIO, the exact same setting is now significantly quieter. Can anyone tell me what this may be due to ? The same is with the Cue Mix over headphones. The LIO analog outputs are very much quieter compared to the 2882 outputs.
I am using MIOs Monitor Controll , so there is nothing between the interface and MIO regarding the output Levels

By default, the LIO-8 has the monitor outputs set to monitor level (approximately 30 dB down from the nominal level on the 2882). You can change this if your amps are set to getting line-level in by adjusting the level setting in the Monitor Output path. Or just turn the monitor level up.

IIRC, the 2882 and LIO-8 headphones also have different 0 dB level calibration. Just adjust the level to what you want for proper monitoring levels.
