I wish to use LIO-8 midi output port to send midi clock to an external device (strymon timeline delay pedal)
I wish to synchronize the delay pedal with the song session tempo within Logic X.
Prob is I can't see the LIO-8 or MHLink anywhere within Logic project settings - sync - midi - destinations.
Other midi devices appear in the destinations pull-down menu, but notthing MIO-related.
Any help with getting Logic and MIO midi-connected would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Griff
MHLink 2.1.03
v.pb11
Mac 10.14
Logic Pro 10.5

You need to connect with USB to use the MIDI ports; you can connect with both MHLink and USB, but USB needs to be connected for the MIDI to show up.
If you want to connect both, make sure that you tell MIOConsole3d to ignore the USB connection (MIOConsole3d > Preferences > Discovery > MIOConsole3d Ignores USB > Always) so that the console doesn't get confused by both connections being present. If you will just be using USB, then make sure that preference is set to Never, or MIOConsole3d won't see the box.
