Yes, i have been reading the forum and yes i have been googleing my ass off, but i can not find a clean & simple answer like yes or no. So i'll post it here:
i have a 2882 2d coming my way and in the very near future probably a macbook pro too.

Will a 2D work with a apple m1 pro? With all the firewire to thunderbolt to thunderbolt adapters? Or will this be a total no-go?
Chip shortage makes also a 3d upgrade card shortage...

Hit me up, give me a clean a simple answer. Laughing

Simple answer: No. There is no Apple Silicon driver for MIO over Firewire.
