Hi everybody.
I've noticed this day that my monitor knob is kinda disfonctioning.
First, it crack when I move it.
Then, when it's 1/3 all seems ok, when it's 2/3 all seems ok but when it's 1/2 sound is like bouncing from left to right and right to left. It's very subtle by the way and only in the speakers, not in headphone.

Is there a way of cleaning it ?

Cheers.

You can use contact/potentiometer cleaner spray into the body of the potentiometer and exercise the pot.

If that doesn't resolve it (or you don't feel comfortable doing that), please get in touch with support (https://mhsecure.com/support) for other service options to resolve issue with the noisy pot.

I sprayed more contact cleaner in the two little holes on each side of the potentiometer and the problem disapeared. Thanks for the support.

Cracking knob here for monitoring and headphones for a long time, but only when moving. Fingers crossed. Actually they start doing this quiet early, but as soon as it doesn't have effects while I don't touch them. But I will give the cleaner a chance, as well.
