Protel is a technology partner to the film, broadcast, pro audio, music and music retail industries. Many of the most respected manufacturers throughout the world are represented in New Zealand and the South Pacific by us. Typically this representation is exclusive to Protel.

Our purpose
To provide technology-based solutions which are right for you or the needs of your organisation. We are here to understand your requirements, consult, advise and offer solutions, generally in the form of products or systems from the manufacturers we represent.

What we do
Primarily, technical equipment sales. Digital, analogue, hardware, software, host computers, recordable media. The list goes on. Protel staff have a wealth of experience in supplying all types of professional audio and video systems. From location and production, to post-production. The studio, mixing rooms, music creation, engineering and broadcast infrastructure, storage and management of digital media. Live sound for stage or broadcast. Camera systems and monitoring. We also offer operator/user training and supply a network of music stores throughout the country.

Who we are
Protel is a New Zealand owned and operated organisation currently employing 14 people across both offices. Most staff being dedicated to the technical sales and support of the products we import. We design custom solutions based around these products, to fulfil the needs of you, our client. Protel has been in business for over twenty years.
