Metric Halo provides free technical support for all registered users of its products.

Before submitting a question to support, you should check to see if the question is already answered in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) system. The FAQ system is available 24/7, and each question is accompanied by a detailed, step-by-step solution. Many questions about the operation of our products are also answered in our technotes and tutorial movies .

If your question is not answered in the FAQ system, please contact technical support via the the Support Web Portal . This will start a service ticket that will allow us to track your issue.

Telephone support is available Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm EST for all products except ChannelStrip for Garageband (which is not eligible for phone support). Support personnel may not always be available to answer your call as they may be helping other customers. If you do not reach a representative, please leave a voice mail with your contact information and a detailed explanation of the problem you are encountering, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

The Metric Halo Support Call Center is not open on US holidays or weekends.
